Returns Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless there is a clear error on our part. This includes:
- Incorrect product dimensions compared to your order.
- Wrong item shipped.
- Material defects or damage caused during production or shipping.
If you believe your order falls into one of these categories, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You must include:
- Your order number.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Photographs clearly showing the problem.
Refunds
Approved returns due to errors on our end will be eligible for:
- A replacement of the item, where possible.
- A full refund, including shipping costs, if a replacement is not feasible.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.
Exclusions
The following issues are not eligible for refunds or returns:
- Variations in wood grain, color, or texture, as these are natural characteristics of our materials.
- Mistakes in measurements or specifications provided by the customer.
- General wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or improper installation.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellations are not permitted as production begins promptly to ensure timely delivery.
